Dr. Miguel Jaimes began his studies at the Faculty of Medicine of the Autonomous University of Campeche, which he completed with distinction. He then continued his studies at the same University where he obtained his specialty in gynaecology and obstetrics.

In addition to his great academic and professional career, Dr. Miguel took a high Specialty in Human Reproductive Biology at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).

Among his most outstanding achievements are the following:

Speaker at the 9th Annual AMIMMG meeting on the topic: Osteoporosis in the menopause.
To attend the Congress of the Mexican Association for the Study of Climacteric Diseases (AMEC).

His participation in multiple congresses such as:

American Society for Reproductive of Medicine (ASRM) Congress, Utah, USA.

50th Mexican Congress of Reproductive Medicine, Cancún, Quintana Roo
60th Mexican Congress of Gynaecology and Obstetrics held in Cancun, Quintana Roo

Dr. Jaimes has written and participated in the research and publication of multiple scientific articles, such as:

Co-author of the chapter Climacteric and Menopause in the book Gynecology 4th Edition Editorial Solución impresa, August 2013.
Author of the work Correlation between hyperandrogenemia and cardiovascular risk markers in patients with PCOS.
Co-authored paper: Correlation between ovarian volume and different types of androgens in women with polycystic ovary syndrome.
Effects of drospirenone on cardiometabolic parameters in patients in transition to menopause and early postmenopause at Hospital Juarez de Mexico, users of combined hormone replacement therapy (estradiol/drospirenone).
