Dr. Karina began her studies at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Guadalajara, where she obtained her degree as a midwife. She later obtained her Specialty in gynecology and obstetrics at the Hospital Civil de Guadalajara "Dr. Juan I. Menchaca".

As part of her great academic and professional career, Dr. Olmos completed a master's degree in Gynecological Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Sonora and continuing with her brilliant academic training, she took a diploma in Clinical Bariatrics at the University of Valle de Atemajac and Colposcopy at the Civil Hospital Dr. Juan I. Menchaca.
